does zagat app for iOS still have offline ability?

Remember how great the original Zagat app was for the iphone? It had offline ability to get reviews.

Then Google bought it.

Can someone who still uses iOS test to see if the iphone or iPad version of Zagat has offline ability?

I have an android and surface pro 3.
I was going to look in to running Ipadian on x86 if it had offline ability for Zagat app.
