Does Zagg application fluid work with PhantomSkinz?

For the record, I decided to take a chance as Phantomskinz have a lifetime warranty. So far it appears to be working the same, but I'll leave it to dry for 24 hours.
The clincher was an old instructional video where the Phantomskinz fluid was in an identical dispenser to the Zagg one. I dare say they're all manufactured to the same specifications, if not by the same manufacturer.
