Doesn't Recognize Windows CD

I read some previous threads but my question is different in a way. I just upgraded my hard drive to 320 GB. Successfully installed Boot Camp, made 2 partitions but now it doesn't boot from Vista DVD. First time when I installed vista, I used this cd as well. Normally it recognizes the CD in Folder, I can see all files but won't boot from it. Just to try, I put XP CD and it boots from it. Any advise?
