I've Googled and looked on Etsy with no luck. Thought maybe my few Apple geeks might know of a place.

I found out about that site a few years ago on a golden retriever forum. I've bought 3 different collars and leashes from them, highly recommended.

Also, when I contacted them about available fabric, they said they could make a collar out of any material you send it, so maybe if you find some apple fabric...?

Try searching your search engine for websites where you can design your own pet leashes. May work.

get a black collar or harness(i highly recommend a harness, but that's a separate issue), and bring it to a local place that does embroidery and they should be able to do it, probably for less than $20.
