This first question may sound a bit silly, but can OSX allow syncing of user-selected files & folders between 2 macs via firewire?

Second question: Is it possible to connect 2 Macs to a single ACD and swap over between Mac A and Mac B fairly simply (as in dual-source capable?)

Thanks in advance for the usual great macrumour advice :D :D :D

Ok

hey. I am relatively new to macs but i am quite capable already. To use two computers with one monitor, you can use a KVM. If you want to use them with a 30 inch, you need one that supports dual link DVI. The only one i know of is this one.

As to the other question, i don't think so but you could get an external HDD or a .mac account - iDisk.

Hope this helps :D

Thanks for the link, though i was wondering if any of the ACDs had more than one input connection...?
