Hi, I have 2016 LG OLED 65B6T, as it can’t process Dolby Atmos, I have my Apple TV 4K plugged into the HDMI in port on my Oppo 203.
The Oppo is straight into the OLED and the Audio goes into my Anthem AVR. All I lose this way is Dolby Vision, but all those titles in ITunes or Netflix, play as HDR 10, so I’m happy. However since Monday night, when I try and play a Dolby Vision encoded show in Netflix, I get the error message : “ we are having trouble accessing this title at the moment, please try again later, error 11848.
My iTunes movies in Dolby Vision,
Still play ok. The same titles play in Dolby Vision, through the tv’s inbuilt app.
I’ve rung Netflix and they had no idea, nor did Apple. I’m running the latest public software on the Apple and Oppo. Any ideas ? Thanks, Paul in Canberra.
