I'm loving my new 2017 15 inch MBP and surprisingly I'm not bothered by the ports that I gave up when I switched from a 2013 15 inch model. I have a USB 3 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter that has definitely made the transition a bit smoother than anticipated.

Normally I'll use my wireless earbuds, but once in a while I'll leave them at home or they'll need to be charged. This might sound completely stupid, but is it possible to buy an adapter to connect the earbuds that come inside the iPhone 7 box to your Macbook Pro?

You'll find very very few devices that have a female lightning port, period, and the ones that do exist are primarily for iPhone centric activities.

I would focus on another pair of headphones for your Mac.

Thats a shame. It used to be a rite of passage as an Apple fanboy to pair your crappy Apple earbuds w/ your Macbook Pro.
