In the UK, which is going to give me the fastest/reliable web use?

I have a 2013 map and an SE latest iPhone.

Which method, getting a dongle for the mbp or pairing the mbp with the iPhone going, is going to be the most reliable method.

Bit repetitive - sorry - you get my drift.

Regards. Sharkey

Totally depends on signal really for where you are.

o2 is best for me around here and their plans include tethering now. This is what I use with my mbp.

Plus with a dongle your paying line rental for an extra line and data when you could just have it on the one plan.

Understood.

Do you know if I can pair with my wife iPhone instead of mine.

She already has an unlimited internet deal and it would save quite a bit of dosh?

Aslong as her plan includes tethering and has the personal hotspot option, then yea shouldn't be an issue
