I've had it in place for maybe half dozen unknown callers this week. Pretty cool what it's doing, but I've only noticed it as the screen happened to light up. Kind of wish you are still notified of the incoming call while its doing the screening.

Yeah works perfectly for me, haven't missed anything but spam. As always, personal experiences are anecdotal.
