My wife loved the Noreve leather flip case for her iPhone 4s, so it was an easy decision to buy the same style case for her new 5s.

Unfortunately there are two problems:
1. The case is far bulkier than the iPhone 4s version. In fact, the case flares out slightly at the edges. The fit is also rather lousy. The back of the phone isn't flush with the case.
2. The case interferes with the flash - every time you take a flash shot you get terrible veiling. Basically, the photos looked washed out.
What makes it worse is that when I told Noreve about these problems I was told that "we do not see any problem of design on your case" and that the flash issue is "not a defect." Even though they apparently can't design a proper case for the iPhone 5s they expect me to pay the return shipping.
Case back - note how the case isn't flush with the phone.
Case edge. See how the case bows and the bottom edge and the edges aren't parallel with the phone
