I personally think it sucks because it's become pretty unpleasant to converse about Apple stuff online as you are met with persistent and often brutal negativity.
I think the best thing we can do is try to keep positive, or just not react when a brand new user complains without any good reason. I would hope we could work on making this place fun to peruse again... But my hopes are limited since the trolls will come back for the iPad and
