Don't have a way to remove beta software profile from Mac OS.

I enrolled my MBP 14 into the beta program and am on 13.3 RC. When I go system settings\general\software update there is no details tab to remove the beta profile. It just says "automatic updates on". When I check for update it says 13.3. Did it remove itself?

Not sure. If you go to the terminal app, the following should reset you preference:
sudo softwareupdate --clear-catalog

To see the status

sudo /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil current

to unenroll

sudo /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Seeding.framework/Versions/A/Resources/seedutil unenroll
