That's a TV... It's a decent deal but I wouldn't use it as a monitor due low resolution, get 24" 1080p instead, unless you want to use it as TV of course

It's an HDTV, do you want to use it as a TV or as computer monitor, because TVs are not meant to be used as computer displays, as the fonts are kinda blurry on them.

I kinda wanted to use it as both actually. I didn't know that it wouldn't work as well as a monitor, thanks for the heads up : )
