Don't Know what Iphone 3GS App I Deleted?

I accidently deleted a 3GS App from my Front page, but I don't know what the App was? Is there a way that I can find out what App I deleted by accident was?

Do you sync your phone with Itunes. If so, you can sync it up with Itunes and it will add back all the apps.

Will it come up on the App Screen even though it was deleted? And I do sync on iTunes.

When you hook it up to Itun, click on the Apps tab and you can click on apps you want to add back to your phone. it will also so you all the apps that will appear on your phone.
