like the way in windows you can highlight some text then right click, then copy,

how do you do that in mac?

and is there a highlight something and delete kinda option?

It works the same, highlight some text, right click, then copy. Or you can use the shortcuts as above.

You can either configure your mouse (assuming it's a single button mouse) to right click in system prefs> keyboard & mouse > mouse (set it as "secondary button") and do it exactly as you would in Windows or you can use the keyboard shortcut of cmd+x/c/v (cut/copy/paste).

That wouldn't be that useful though. IMO :O
