..without losing quality. No re-encodeing.

I just don't want to touch my PC right now. :(
 
QuickTime Pro can, if you have the Flip4Mac components installed... but the result will be a .mov file. If that's not OK then hopefully someone else has an idea.

It's OK if it doesn't re-encode. Could you confirm on this?

Damn, I just read their website and the free version couldn't do this. :(
 
Too bad it would be the most convenient and perfect way to do it on Mac if Flip4Mac free version can do it.
