Didnt get what you wanted out of 2.0? tell Apple and you may get a refund. I did just that and got my money back including tax. be sure to be specific in reasons why you don't like it. maybe this may even get the point across to apple that they need to get with it!

you go to your itunes account, find the receipt for 2.0 and report a problem. say that you are not satisfied and list the reasons for said dissatisfaction then you just got yourself an extra 10 bucks :D

dang it did not work. :(
They said sorry and to go deeper call this number and all this stuff. I didn't want to go through the hassle of that.

I guess people really do hate 2.0 and its unstable nature. Apple really seemed to have rushed the release: I just submitted my complaint.

Didn't work for me either.
They just told me to try restoring my iPod, and if that doesn't work, I should contact tech support for further info.

You're right I'd much rather have a Zune.... :p

Lets all remember that Apple initially wouldn't refund money for the new apps many of us had to buy, but which were included in newer iPod Touch's. I complained numerous times and eventually got my $20 back. That experience makes me nervous about buying 2.0 but if there is a chance I can get money back should I not like it then I may take the plunge.
