Hey all,
Just checking to see if I'm looseing my mind and if I'm that anal.
I got a mac pro about a month ago. For the last 3 weeks it was cool and would amaze me how I would just slide my finger over the on/off switch with no real pressure and it would come on.
Last week some funkyness happened and I was directed to hold the button in for a few seconds so it could restart.
Since then, the button is acting like a button. I must now push the button to turn it on.
Has any one else experienced this?
Do you also push or do touch slide?
Am I looseing my mind even considering this?
One more thing. The cd/dvd driver. Sometimes it's wisper quiet, other times it could wake the neighbors down the block. Is that what a mac does?
Thanks,
Rich
