Don't see 12.1.2 update on iPad

I have an iPad 10.5 from 2017, and it does not see the 12.1.2 update - my iPhone has downloaded it. It hasn't been pulled for iPads or anything, has it? I even restarted the iPad with no luck. Anyone else seeing issues not seeing the update?

It’s only available for phones. Other devices stay on 12.1.1

Ah thanks. I saw one site that said iPhone and iPad, I just checked again to make sure I read it right. I see other sites just say iPhone. Thank you.
