I've successfully installed and mounted everything for an old game called Exploration - Voyage of Discovery. DOSBOX tells me to type the word "explore" to begin the game. When I do, DOSBOX shows me a message about some demos that come with the game and where they are located file-wise, yada yada, but the game doesn't start!
Example:

Type 'EXPLORE' to begin game.
C:\EXPLO>
C:\EXPLO>EXPLORE

*************************************
For a preview of coming attractions:
blah blah blah blah blah blah not the game i want
desperately to play blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah.
*************************************

C:\EXPLO>

End Example.

Someone please help!

Do ...

... rename the folder of your DOS game wit the extension ".boxer", e.g. "Exploration" to "Exploration.boxer". This turns it into a package Boxer will open automatically. It then asks you for the DOS executable (any .bat, .exe, .com is listed) to choose on startup. Use the application file (like "exploration.exe") and don´t set "Always open this file", so you can turn back up onto another one.
