are there any dot mac deals around the net?

I know if ou buy a new macbook which i have you can get it for $69.99..but is there any better than that??

That seems so odd that if you buy .Mac from Apple it's $100-, but readily available from Amazon for $70-. Why is their a version associated with .Mac? It seems like you're not buying software, just access to internet services. Thanks!

The version has no bearing. I bought the older version right after the newest version came out, and it still worked fine. All you are buying is the activation number, versions don't matter. There may be a time limit but I am not sure.
