Double banner notifications?

I just rejailbroke from a clean install. It's go e really well except that for banner alerts, I get 2 instead of one, for push notifications. I get one, it rolls away and repeats every time.

Has anyone seen this before?

Is it coming from the Messages app? It defaults to repeat the notification if you don't check it. You can turn that off in Settings -> Notifications -> Messages -> turn off repeat.

Nope. All apps—like if a game of chess lets me know it's my turn, it get the banner displaying twice. It's only a problem if I the phone is unlocked.
