Hi all,

I use a Performance MX Logitech Mouse on my iMac 5k.

Recently my mouse has started automatically double clicking and other annoying behaviour, e.g., If I select an area of text and drag to select more it will deselect all of it.

I am running latest version of Yosemite. I tested the mouse on a different Mac also running Yosemite and it doesn't exist, which rules out mouse hardware issues.

It's the most frustrating thing ever. I won't use my iMac as much because I can't put up with this behaviour.

Please, any suggestions.

Perhaps the mouse is causing issues, did you try using a different mouse to see of those symptoms exist? If not, then it is related to the mouse.

I'll have to see if I can nab another mouse from work.

I have tried the mouse on another Mac as I mentioned above and had no issues :-/
