Where can I change this? I could find it in Snow Leopard but I don't know where it is in Lion. I feel like it's too slow and unresponsive when I double click too fast. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but I recently installed better touch tool.

it should be under universal access preference, mouse and trakckpad option, then click mouse/trackpad at the bottom
