I am not and have never seen this. Could it be something in conjunction with your email provider? Issues like this are quite common with the folks using gmail, especially if they were using exchange serial before and have now has those privileges revoked after the upgrade (this is a google thing and not a bug on apples part).
Sure? I have had iPhone for more than 4 years and Gmail for more than 6, this is the first time it happens. I think it might be the IOS7.
It works this way, you have 10mails and when you go to the inbox, you truly had 5mails. Its annoying, I agree on that.
