Double quote notifications?

I'm getting two notifications for every one quote. Forum bug? Or if they edit a post and re-submit, does that re-notify me?

One thing I've noticed - if you're quoted in a post, you'll get a notification for each other person they've quoted too.

For example, if somebody quotes me and two other posts, I get 3 notifications.
