Is there a trick to the double tap hold for favorites.

I can click home from the first home screen for spotlight.

I can click and hold for voice control.

I can double click for multitasking.

But if I double click and don't release the home button for phone favorites, nothing ever happens. Is this not how it is suppose to work.

I too want to know this. I'll search around a bit more on the forums.

Edit - Apparently this feature does not exist. That's damn annoying.

Agreed. I'm so used to double clicking home to get to my favorites list. I wish they would not have disabled it. A single click of home and hold should bring up multitasking. And leave the double click of home as it originally was!

I really think they need to integrate this feature back. I used this all the time just to place calls and pull up contacts and the keypad as well. It was just a lot easier and habit forming.

definitely a bad call to make dbl

One of the most used features pre-os4.

Setting this to your most common shortcut, (for me it was my favorites contact list) made life easier.

I'm not sure why "multitasking" would trump that.

Definitely a bad call in the user experience department.

I care about my most often used feature more than fast app switching.

I saw a youtube video showing that dbl click and hold would be used instead, but I cant seem to get this to work.
