Double tap on touchpad to drag window

I just recently updated to the latest Tahoe build and one thing I noticed is that I cant double tap on an apps title bar and drag it around. I can do a single click and drag and move the window around.

I looked in the accessibility options and couldn't find a double tap option anymore. Did they remove this feature or is it hidden somewhere else?

Found it. Its Settings->Accessibility->Pointer Control->Trackpad Options-> Enable "Use Trackpad for dragging"

I thought it was already on but it didnt work. It might have been me toggling it on and off and back on again a few times that made it work again
