Double Tapping Home Button

Is anyone a fan of the new App Switcher when double clicking the Home Button?

I feel like it's a step backwards, but maybe it's better with 3D Touch?

Who knows, but I'm definitely not digging it right now. It's pretty annoying when you click on something and the "Back To Previous App" shows on the top left.

Thoughts/Opinions?

It's growing on me. It seams more difficult to stop on the app you want in this newer version
