double vibrate text notifications with 4.3?

I searched for this topic and did not see anything on it. Since updating my 3gs to 4.3, every time I get a text msg, it double vibrates, where as before, it would only be a single vibrate alert.

My wife's ip4 does it as well. Was this a change to how this works or is something not right. Not that its a big deal, but just wondering.
