Down Loading Podcasts outside of iTunes?

Is there any way that I can upload a podcast that I have down loaded outside of iTunes up to my iPod and put it in the podcast library.

EG. I have no access to a computer with iTunes but with an internet connection. I go online and download the podcast to a memory stick. I go to my laptop where I have iTunes but no internet connection. How do I get it into the podcast library? I can get into the music library but I then have to hunt through looking for it.

Any help?
