i know this has been as issue with members before.

since updating to o.s. 3.0 it's nigh-on impossible to log into certain wi-fi hot spots. (like 2 offices i work in for instance). and all other 3.0 users are experiencing the same log-in screen errors.
All works great in 2.2.1

are Apple aware of this issue does anyone know?

Yes, there's a noticeable difference. It's buggy and intermittent. You can be ten feet from the router and barely register a signal. Or lose it and find "Not Connected" displayed in Settings. The WiFi Trak app is a better indicator of relative signal strength.

I also got an error message after 3.0 install saying the OS "does not support Skype." But that's for another thread.
