Downgrade 5.1 to 5.0.1/5.0

I have an iPhone 4 running on 5.1 software. I had my iPhone jailbroken on 5.0.1 until I updated. I don't know if I have my SHSH blobs saved. I am running on my mac but i do have windows installed on the same computer. I could try it on my windows, but i dont know what to do, or if it is even possible. Could someone help me?

Why ? Untethered 5.1.1 is expected in a couple days.

Download redsn0w, and use it to verify your SHSH blobs. If present, you can google for some of the walk-throughs on the downgrade, and go ahead. If not (or if you a just lazy), wait a week or so for the 5.1.1 jailbreak to be released.
