Hello

I'm suspect the worst response "no chance", but just for cause of a little bit of hope.

I upgrade from Mojave to Ventura (deception) then I downgrade back to Mojave and this time a message "Incompatible Disk:this disk uses... not supported by this version of Mac OS". At this point my files were all, apparently, preserved. But trying to solve the problem related with that message I did cmd+r and change the format to mac extended (journaled). Now my files and my programs are gone.

I have some back up in external HD but not all. So, is there a way to recover them?

Thanks
Marcelo

Unless you have a backup or DiskWarrior, um, you're probably not getting any of it back. You'll just have to restore the files that you do have backed up.

Hum...
One more question. In Disk Utility there are three Devices: Fusion Drive; Container disk2; main (created by me); Container disk2 appears in red - down of it there are VM (blue) and main (red). It means problems? How to fix?

Thanks
