Downgrade from 2.0.1 to 2.0?

I upgraded to 2.0.1 last night. Right now I'm at the Apple Store doing a backup of my phone because they are replacing it due to the case crack issue. So I should have a fresh iPhone. The reason I want to stick with 2.0 is I didn't realize it might mess up the ability for pwnage to unlock the phone down the road.

So I'm wondering if there is a way to keep this replacement at 2.0 BUT ALSO restore from my backup which is from a 2.0.1 device. Thanks!
