Downgrade from 4.01

I jailbroke my 3gs with jailbreakme.com and had Cydia save my SHSH at 4.01. I was wondering if I can downgrade to 3.13 firmware? or did I need to save my SHSH from 3.13 to be able to downgrade to 3.13? Done alot of looking and reading and just not sure. The phone was never jailbroken before.
