iPhone Downgrade from ios 7.0.4 to 6.1.3?

I have ios 7 on my iphone 4 and dont like it, can I downgrade to ios 6.1.3 with shsh blobs saved from cydia? i know how to use iFaith and redsn0w and all those mamajamas so just a simple answer please? btw, first post please excuse if i posted this in the wrong place, or something. ill learn.

Yes as long as you have blobs available you can downgrade an iPhone 4.

Yes, but check with iFaith first to see if the cydia saved blobs are okay or not
