Downgrade iOS 4.3.3 to 4.3.2

Is this possible? I was able to find the 4.3.2 firmware download online. I'm experiencing wifi issues again with my ipad and iphone directly after upgrading to 4.3.3. This is the same issue that everyone originally had with the ipad, its back with 4.3.3 and is really annoying.

I want to go back to 4.3.2, can I do that?

Unless you saved your SHSH blobs (such as with TinyUmbrella) back when Apple was signing that firmware (they aren't anymore), you can't downgrade back to 4.3.2. I'm sorry
