With no blobs it's not possible.

Get TinyUmbrella and check for saved blobs. You might be able to retrieve the 5.x.x ones.

You can restore to 6.x.x only if you have these blobs saved locally, fetched directly from Apple's servers (when this was possible).

You can only downgrade iPhone 4 to iOS 6.#.# (you need the SHSH blobs saved for it aswell).

You can downgrade from iOS 7 on other devices to 5.#.# and 4.#.# firmwares (again, you need the SHSH blobs saved for the desired iOS version), but I don't know enough about the specifics to describe which device can be degraded to what version, but I can tell you that I can downgrade my iPad 2 to 4.#.# versions for which i have the SHSH blobs saved, and iOS 5.#.# versions for which I have the SHSH blobs saved (requiring a 4.#.# version ipsw and blobs saved for that version).

FALSE

An iPhone 4 can downgrade to any firmware with valid SHSH/blob.

I said it misleadingly, sorry.

I said...
"You can only downgrade iPhone 4 to iOS 6.#.# (you need the SHSH blobs saved for it aswell)."

I should have said...
'Only iPhone 4 can be downgraded to iOS 6.#.# (you need the SHSH blobs saved for it aswell).'

Where are Blobs saved if not on the Apple sever? If your device is Jail Broken, Cydia?

The blobs are obtained from apple's server. However, you can get them while Apple is still allowing you to download them. And from there, you can keep a local copy of it or cydia might save it for you

Does Cydia stores them be default? How do you find out?

Edit: I went in Cydia I can see all SHSH from 4.2.1 to 6.1. Does that mean I can downgrade to any of those firmware versions?

Whatever blobs you see in cydia -> TSS center means those are the versions you can downgrade them to if you have an A4 processor device and under

Cool, thank you. Is I faith the easiest way to downgrade?

It's easy to use. Make the custom ipsw with stitched ipsw using iFaith. Put device in PWNED DFU mode. Hold shift + click restore and choose custom ipsw and it should go fine

Make sure iTunes is 11.0.5 or older

I did uninstall it and installed 11.0.5. Related drivers? Are these separate to the iTunes uninstall?

If you go to control panel -> remove and add programs

You'll find the apple drivers and related content, you need to uninstall those too before you run the iTunes 11.0.5 installer
