Is it possible to downgrade ios 16 to iOS 15

yes 👍 but i do not know how. MacRumors articles have many times before suggested that previous versions of iOS may be installed so long as they are ‘signed.’

Add: and as long as you don't have an Apple Watch that is running on WatchOS 9. WatchOS 9 requires iOS 16, and only way to downgrade a Watch is to ship it back to Apple, otherwise, the Watch is pretty much a very light paperweight.
