Downgrade iPhoto library?

Due to extenuating circumstances, my wife must temporarily move to a 600mhz g3 ibook for the next couple of months.

she didn't really care, except for the fact that ilife 06 doesn't run on the ibook, and iphoto 05 can't read her 06 photo library.

anyway to fix this short of re-importing the whole library?

Simply save all of your pictures into a jpeg folder. Select them all and copy them into a folder.
Thats the only thing I can think of
