Somebody can help me, I need absolutely to downgrade a Ipod6 to iOS10. In my work I use a App only compatible with iOS10.

I'm open to jailbreak to try to downgrade, but I need some instructions...

A jailbreak won't help you downgrade to an older, unsigned version of iOS. You're out of luck here.
