Downgrade jailbroken iphone 3G from iOS 4 to iOS 3.1.3

can anyone help me with a step by atep guide to downgrade my jailbroken iphone 3G from iOS 4 to iOS 3.1.3? the upgrade has resulted in slowing the iphone..

Yes, you just download the official 3.1.3 file from here:
http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite...00202.pbnrt/iPhone1,2_3.1.3_7E18_Restore.ipsw
Then you plug your iphone to itunes and hold down the shift or option button and click restore.
It will then let you select the firmware file you downloaded from the link above.

You can downgrade the 3G to 3.1.3 without SHSH blobs. Do just do what the above members said and you'll be good!

I tried to downgrade with iTunes. now my iPhone 3 g is in activation mode I have tried any tutorial forum etc and didn't work ( error 1014)

If it's in "activation mode", shouldn't you be able to just stick a SIM card in and activate it?

Use TinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery.

Use TinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery.

The phone is not in recovery mode, it just needs to detect a SIM card (either Active or Inactive) so that the phone can be Activated for use.
