Downgrade my Carrier!

Can I downgrade my Carrier Setting i'm on 02 7.3 and want to go down to 7.2 is there a way?

If u can find the old carrier .ipcc file then u can install it to your iPhone thru iTunes.

I found the one in my settings but i dunno if it's the 7.3 or 7.2... I just updated it now and it's still on 7.3
