Downgrade OS from 4.3b3 to 4.2.1

I have a wifi only iPad that I have been running 4.3b3 on as a developer. I am now looking to sell this before the launch of the new iPad, so I can afford to buy it. How can I downgrade my iPad from 4.3b3 to 4.2.1?

I was just in your situation yesterday. Google iOS 4.2.1 download for your iPad. Download the file. Hold Shift + Restore when you have synced the iPad. Find the iOS 4.2.1 file you downloaded. Double-click and your iPad will downgrade to 4.2.1. That's it.
