Downgrade to 11.3.1

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can downgrade my iPad from 11.4 to 11.3.1 using saved blobs?
 
Apparently iOS 11.3 beta 6 was still being signed. You just need to figure out a way to find the ipsw, I’d get in trouble for posting it here.

Edit: Nevermind, Apple just recently stopped signing it.
