Downgrade to Tiger? Macbook help?

I have a macbook that i upgraded to leopard(the one before SR)

and my sister just wants tiger back..it seems faster and she likes it better

could i downgrade? how?

how could i do it without loosing her stuff?

Use your Tiger restore DVDs to get it back. I'm using Tiger on my Macbook, and it's great!

Will a restore install over leopard maintaining her data or will it wipe out everything?

It'll wipe everything. Be sure to back up your data first. I don't think you can do an upgrade + install when going from Leopard to Tiger (though I've never tried).
