This is why I downgraded, if anyone can help me on that thread it'll be really appreciated as well...

So,from what I see 10.9.4 has memory issues on my mac?

I'm sure this is common, but app called 'clean memory' always shows only 4-10% memory free, and keeps on refreshing itself...and after cleaning it shows at the most 29% free ram >>>>this is with NO applications open apart from finder ,which isn't an app.

Does 10.9.5 solve this?
Can I count on it to not increase the number of issues I have?

What issues does it have?

Should I upgrade or is this one more stable?

Thanks a lot.. :)

You should upgrade to 10.9.5, install all the security updates, and stop worrying over your RAM usage, which is not an actual problem whatsoever.

It's a minor update with bug fixes, so go ahead and update.

If you've got 4 GB RAM it's normal for it to sit at close to full all the time. Memory compression in Mavericks will help to free space when necessary.
