Downgraded iPhone 3G to ios 3.13 baseband 6.15.00 - can't connect to wifi

I just downgraded my iPhone 3G from ios 4.2.1 to ios 3.1.3 since I just realized the ios was what's making the phone lag. I managed to jailbreak and unlock it, but I can't connect to wifi. The wifi area shows up, but I can't load any pages on Safari nor connect to Cydia. I have tried Reset Network Settings and Reset All Settings but it didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help!

Is safari saying anything when you can't connect?

It did. It's working now! Tried Reset all settings several times again and I can connect
