Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I can't seem to find an answer.

I upgraded to the public beta and really don't like it. Clicking Finder doesn't open a new Finder window (reported by many others as well) and the new Photos app really messed up the dates of a lot of my photos.

How would I revert back to 10.10.2? I have a Time Machine backup of 10.10.2 from about a week ago, which I would be okay with going back to. Is it as simple as just restoring from that Time Machine backup?

Well I decided to just try and download Yosemite from the App Store and install it -- seemed to work! I'm back to 10.10.2, Finder works, Photos app is gone.

Definitely going to hold off on future beta updates...
